These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and pkrpin (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://pkrpin.cam.

pkrpin is an English-language online betting and casino information platform designed primarily for users based in Pakistan. The Platform provides information, guidance, commentary and related services relating to sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 and ICC tournaments — as well as live casino products and responsible gambling resources.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. Access to and use of the Platform is conditional on your full acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety, along with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and pkrpin regarding your use of the Platform. Any prior agreements, representations or understandings — whether oral or written — are superseded by these Terms.

To register for and maintain an Account on pkrpin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable in your place of residence, nationality and current location.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is restricted or prohibited, unless you are accessing the Platform solely for informational purposes.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously had an Account on this Platform closed, suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion period or a gambling prohibition order imposed by any licensed operator or regulatory authority.

Each User is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if they change. Providing false or misleading information — including a false date of birth, a fictitious address or an identity that does not belong to you — may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Account credentials, including username and password, must be kept confidential at all times.
• You must not share your Account with any other person or allow any third party to use your Account.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify the pkrpin support team immediately via the Help Center.

pkrpin operates Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request made by the Platform.

Verification may be required at any stage, including but not limited to:

• Upon initial registration or before your first withdrawal;
• When Account activity triggers an AML or fraud review;
• When a significant change is made to Account details;
• At any point deemed necessary by the Platform's compliance team.

Acceptable identity documents for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both sides clearly legible;
• A valid Pakistani or international passport;
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement) where required;
• A selfie or liveness check for biometric identity confirmation.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. pkrpin reserves the right to void bets placed using funds originating from an unverified or third-party source.

Payment methods that may be referenced in Platform content include familiar Pakistani channels such as mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash), instant bank transfer infrastructure (Raast) and traditional bank transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. These are referenced for informational context only. pkrpin does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method, and availability is subject to operator terms and the policies of the respective financial institution.

• Minimum deposit amounts are expressed in PKR and are determined by the operator. They may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited within the timeframe associated with the selected payment method.
• pkrpin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times or system outages.
• Deposits are non-refundable once processed and funds have been used to place bets, unless a clear processing error has occurred.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed once KYC verification is complete and all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts in PKR are set by the operator and may vary by payment method.
• Processing times vary depending on the withdrawal method selected and the operator's internal review procedures.
• pkrpin reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of identity or source-of-funds verification.
• Any withdrawal that cannot be completed due to incorrect banking or wallet details provided by the User will be the User's sole responsibility.

pkrpin may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, loyalty rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer and which form part of these Terms where applicable.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money funds and may not be withdrawn until applicable wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount to be staked before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Always review these requirements in full before accepting any bonus.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the stated validity window.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per User, per household and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• pkrpin reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit bonus terms through multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage or any other strategy contrary to the spirit of the promotion may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and Account suspension.

Illustrative PKR bonus amounts referenced elsewhere on this Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 referral credits, PKR 25,000 welcome offers) are examples only and do not constitute live offers. Actual promotional values are set by the operator.

All bets placed on pkrpin are subject to the platform's betting rules as published within the relevant sport or market section. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager.

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be amended, cancelled or reversed unless the Platform explicitly provides a cash-out or void option for the relevant market.
• pkrpin reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was affected by a manifest error in odds, including but not limited to pricing errors, data-feed failures or human input errors.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during a live event at the Platform's discretion.
• For cricket markets — including PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments and Pakistan domestic competitions — match-specific rules regarding rain interruptions, shortened formats and result declaration shall apply as set out in the Platform's cricket betting rules.
• For voided events or cancelled matches, bets will be settled in accordance with the Platform's standard void and settlement policy.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pkrpin and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all associated funds:

• Creating or operating multiple Accounts on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at registration or during KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tools to interact with the Platform without express written permission;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing or any form of coordinated fraudulent betting activity;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other illegal financial activity;
• Exploiting technical glitches, errors or software vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited, while circumventing geographic restrictions through VPN or proxy services;
• Sharing, transferring or selling Account access to any third party;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward Platform staff or other users.

All content on the pkrpin Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software — is the property of pkrpin or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may access and use Platform content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• You may not reproduce, redistribute, republish, scrape, frame, copy or transmit any part of the Platform without prior written consent from pkrpin.
• The pkrpin name, logo and any associated marks are proprietary branding elements. Use of these marks without authorisation is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkrpin and its officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of wagered funds or expected winnings;
• Loss of data or Account access due to technical failure;
• Errors in odds, results or settlement data;
• Unauthorized access to your Account by a third party;
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, third-party outages or force majeure events.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkrpin does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Gambling involves financial risk and the Platform does not guarantee winnings or any particular outcome.

pkrpin is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing users with the tools and information necessary to maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gambling tools are available through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps in PKR.
• Loss Limits: Define a ceiling on net losses within a specified period.
• Session-Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from gambling for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily block access to your Account where gambling is becoming problematic.

These tools are in addition to, and do not replace, your own personal responsibility to gamble within your means. Adults 18+ only — or the higher minimum required by the operator or applicable jurisdiction. Gambling is entertainment, not a method of generating income. pkrpin reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal or abusive activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request;
• Determination that the User is located in a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is prohibited.

In the event of Account closure for cause, pkrpin reserves the right to retain any balance determined to have arisen from fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms. Any genuine, unencumbered balance will be returned to the User through the original deposit method following verification.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team through the Help Center. Where Account closure is requested during an active self-exclusion period, the exclusion period takes precedence and the Account will remain inaccessible for the duration of that period.

pkrpin reserves the right to revise, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and may notify registered users via the Platform or by email.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any published amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must discontinue use of the Platform and, where applicable, close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkrpin's operator holds its applicable gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that licensing jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this clause limits the rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Users located in Pakistan should note that Pakistani courts may exercise jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents, and that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may apply independently of these Terms.
