KYC documents are not used for any other purpose and are not shared beyond what is strictly necessary for regulatory compliance.

pkrpin uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to support the operation and improvement of the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They do not contain executable code and cannot access other files on your device.

You can manage cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling essential cookies will affect Platform functionality and may prevent you from accessing your account. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the Platform.

pkrpin retains personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Policy, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory and compliance obligations.

• Active account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a minimum period thereafter as required by the Platform's AML and regulatory obligations.
